"Nuit Blanche, Toronto’s all-night contemporary event, returns on Saturday, September 23, 2023, and will focus on the theme of Breaking Ground.
There are two programs open to artists: the Independent Project and Open Call Program. Proposals for each program must respond to the annual theme and be located in one of the identified key neighbourhoods. Projects are selected based on artistic merit, feasibility and relation to the theme."
